Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness competitions at the age of 16. In 2017, she was 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She began competing in fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. She won her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17. This made her the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had to spend an absence of six years from the stage when she was awarded her Professional card to complete her college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and picked up her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals every year. She had already won four other fitness titles. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card to get her college degree. In October 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for be a part of the Fitness Olympia. Three months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage and took home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel states that she was more proud of the result. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, as well as seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the work outs. Ariel gets the most out of her time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings for all her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
